Mrs. Shannon Siemens has been teaching dance classes on and off, in a variety of studios and cities for the past 35 years. Most recently she taught home school dance classes for the local Ohio Valley home school community, directed the dance program for Carbon Valley Recreation Center in Frederick, CO, and taught ballet, tap, jazz, and broadway for Dance Gallery in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. There she also created and directed the home school dance program, co-directed their summer musical theater camp, and taught young children's classes for the Cecchetti Council of America Northern Plains Committee workshop. She began her dance training in Scottsdale, Arizona at the age of thirteen, and quickly entered into the competition dance circuit, competing all around the U.S.A. Soon after graduation from high school she began teaching ballet, tap and jazz for Diversified Dance Centre (AZ), Tempe Dance Academy (AZ), and Jeanne Wright School of Dance (AZ).
Ms. Shannon believes every child can dance. She strives to provide a positive and fun, yet disciplined and structured classroom where students can both seriously learn the art of dance and enjoy expressing themselves creatively. She uses only classical and/or piano music for ballet classes, and age- appropriate up-beat Broadway/jazz music for Broadway, Jazz and Tap classes. She is classically trained in ballet, studying under other professional teachers through the Cecchetti Council of America. You can visit their website at www.cecchetti.org for more information about this method.
Outside of dance, Ms. Shannon is a wife and home schooling mother of five children.

Zumba Fitness Instructor
Hello, my name is Heather. I am a wife, a Momma to a beautiful little girl, and a fitness instructor. Words cannot describe how excited I am to become apart of the All 4 Kids Fitness Family. I have been dabbling with fitness my whole life, that is until 2012 when I became a Fitness instructor. Fitness went from being just a hobby to a passion and lifestyle, I haven't looked back since. It became more than just working out, I enjoy helping others find their happy place in the Fitness world. Fitness is more than numbers on a scale, it's feeling great in your clothes and doing things you couldn't before!
I dove into Zumba fitness because it's one hour of your day where you can let loose, burn calories, dance like a toddler (they don't even need music), and laugh while you are working out. Even if you think dance isn't for you, think again. In my class there are NO wrong moves, just accidental SOLO'S . In addition to dancing, I like to throw in a variety of strength training fitness to get a whole body burning workout. So grab a friend and try a class, I promise you won't regret it. I look forward to meeting you!
